Getting in shape and training shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. Training should be something every athlete looks forward to doing and not dreading. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the challenge. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and constantly adapting my program to make these training sessions both intense and fun for every athlete.

We have known George for nearly two years in his capacity as a roller hockey and private skills coach. Coach Georgie has been someone my child has gravitated to since day 1. His energy, compassion and dynamic with these kid are things a parent dreams up when they think of a coach for their children. He is skillful, strong, encouraging, complementary and really helps them be the best they can be as an individual, as a teammate and in general as a human. He speaks to them with respect and is also relatable as he has been in their shoes or shall I say skates. We have bonded with Georgie and we are so proud to not just call him a coach but a friend.
